  1. Good points. One of the most powerful advantages is that leaders get to see if the strategy they set out is actually playing out on the ground in real time. In no time in history has this been possible in large organisations.

  2. Gone are the days when the traditional style of leadership, or leading with an iron hand worked for as long as the leader is able to stir his company to achieve it’s goals. Before employees can be directed and directed upon by mentors, and treat blind obedience as sign of respect. Today, the changing society demands a new type of leadership, that is based on teamwork and collaboration. Today, leaders who acknowledge their weaknesses, and at such recognize the need for team members to fill the gap, often gain the respect, trust and confidence of his subordinates. Today, successful leaders are indeed those who are able to connect or network in informal organizations within the company. Decision making and achievement of company goals has been proven to be more effective this way.

  3. leadership merits given above are so vital in that once you adopt them by all means you have to become aperfect leader who will leave legacy. but don’t forget to put God first before you do anything.
